DELIVERY

Abito Overall
The Overall product price on www.abitoilive.com is the total price (including VAT as applicable) and includes delivery costs within Ireland.

We offer a flat rate to customers in Europe, and in the United Kingdom of €20 and will ship via An Post.

Abito x Tolfa Bag
The Tolfa Bag product price on www.abitoilive.com is the total price (including VAT as applicable) and we offer a flat rate of €10 delivery cost within Ireland.

We offer a flat rate to customers in the United Kingdom of €20, and to customers in Europe a flat rate of €25, and we will ship via An Post.

For customers in countries worldwide, please contact us directly at hello@abitoilive.com and we will arrange for the delivery cost and method that you prefer. 


TAXES & DUTIES

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs and Abito is not responsible for these charges.


DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are dispatched 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email from us at the time of dispatch, confirming delivery details.

An Post delivery is tracked. If An Post is unable to deliver your item, they leave a delivery notification for you. An Post estimates orders are delivered within 3-5 business days within Ireland, and 7- 10 days within the EU.


DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with a photo of the item’s condition. We will review this on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you and for Abito.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Abito will accept returns or exchange your Abito Overall within 14 days of the delivery date, only if the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with labels and packaging. Please first inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product by email hello@abitoilive.com . We will send you an email confirming details of how and where to return the product — our customers are responsible for return shipping charges, sent via a tracked method. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.

Exchange is subject to availability online. Please note our products are made in small batches, this means slight variations between batches, however we will do our best to facilitate your needs.

We will refund the full order amount within Ireland, and minus the shipping costs for international orders. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and should use a trackable, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit to us.

Any returned orders from outside Europe need to be marked: "Returned Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that no taxes are levied. 

Returns are processed within 3-5 working days of receipt of the product. Please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed to your method of payment for the purchase, once we have received your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
